   twelve days of christmas actually start on christmas. 25th of dec to 5th of january. epiphany is 6th.

   cider doesn’t go through same process as juice. all pulp remains.

   Jen, I hope you didnt tell the cabbie 71 S. Wacker!!! As you said, you would have taken a long ride south. The Hyatt is actually right across the street from your apartment at 71 EAST Wacker

   I figured out another part of my confusion which is… I went to the Hyatt Center… totally different place, of course!
