Experience the premiere of “Chitown Pulse”, a short film that takes you into the blues dancing scene here in our great windy city. This film exposes some of the best talent and places that the Chicago blues world has to offer. “Chitown Pulse” is a fictional story that follows the lives of two characters and their personal struggles. John, a well-dressed, blues traveler with a love of blues music, dancing, women and booze meets Sarah, a girl who has never experienced the blues scene, until now.

What: Red Carpet Premiere of “Chi-Town Pulse”
When: Saturday, March 6, 2010
Where: The Galaxie, 2603 W. Barry, Chicago, IL

Schedule:
Red Carpet rolls out at 9pm
followed by our Featured Presentation (30 minute film and Q.A. to the cast and crew)
Dancing from 10pm until 1am
D.J. from 9-10:30pm, live band from 10:30-1am, with special appearance by Shirley King, the daughter of the Blues, and Legendary drummer, Billy “Stix” Nicks

Cost:
$15 for both events
$8 for movie
$8 for dancing

An unscripted, barely edited five minute video interview with JenChicago. After the initial introduction, the clock is set and an “off-the-cuff” discussion begins with the topic of the guest’s choice. When the alarm sounds, the interview is over.
